1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or replacement if:

The product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

The request is raised within 7 days of receiving the order.

The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
β Please note: Personalized/customized products (with your chosen design, print, or text) are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
2. Non-Returnable Items

Customized/Personalized products.

Items that have been worn, washed, or used.

Items returned without original tags or packaging.
3. Refunds

Once your return request is approved and the product is received, we will process your refund.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method (PhonePe PG / UPI / Card / Net Banking).

Refund processing time: 5β7 business days (depending on your payment provider).
4. Replacements
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you can request a replacement instead of a refund. Replacement is subject to product availability.
5. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Provide your order ID, product details, and photos of the product.

Our support team will guide you through the pickup/return process.
6. Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (wrong/defective product), we will bear the return shipping cost.

If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., dislike of color/fit), the customer will bear the return shipping charges.
