1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • The product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • The request is raised within 7 days of receiving the order.

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

❌ Please note: Personalized/customized products (with your chosen design, print, or text) are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.


2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized/Personalized products.

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or used.

  • Items returned without original tags or packaging.


3. Refunds

  • Once your return request is approved and the product is received, we will process your refund.

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method (PhonePe PG / UPI / Card / Net Banking).

  • Refund processing time: 5–7 business days (depending on your payment provider).


4. Replacements

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you can request a replacement instead of a refund. Replacement is subject to product availability.


5. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at support@inovapixel.com within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Provide your order ID, product details, and photos of the product.

  3. Our support team will guide you through the pickup/return process.


6. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong/defective product), we will bear the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., dislike of color/fit), the customer will bear the return shipping charges.
